BB365 provides a SaaS platform connecting beauty and wellness service providers with customers. We facilitate booking, payment processing, and business management tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
When you book an appointment through BB365, you enter into a direct service agreement with the merchant. Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the final bill. We are not a party to this agreement and are not liable for the quality of services provided.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Merchants set their own prices and tax rates. BB365 charges a platform fee as outlined in the merchant subscription agreement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation policies are set by individual merchants. Please review the merchant's cancellation policy before booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. Deposit refunds are subject to the merchant's cancellation policy.
You may sign in using third-party services such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or X. By using these services, you authorize BB365 to access certain account information. We only access information necessary to create and maintain your account.
Merchants using BB365 are responsible for the accuracy of their service listings, pricing, and availability. Merchants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of BB365 are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
BB365 is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
